Elite Football Academy

Welcome to Wayne Sullivan’s “Elite Football Academy” powered by Benson Sports Training, LLC. Head Coach Wayne Sullivan provides off season player development training options to individual players first grade through 12th grade. Whether you are learning the game, trying to find the best position for your abilities, or have advanced to an elite level, Coach Sullivan will provide individualized training to help you achieve your personal goals.

The beginner athlete will receive skill development training and fundamentals at all positions. Each session will include both offensive and defensive skill development. More advanced athletes will receive position specific training. All athletes will develop their fundamentals and increase their football IQ. With either option the athlete will receive 2 Benson Sports Training workouts per week. They can choose either Strength & Power or Speed and Agility.

Athletes between 1st grade and 12th grade can choose between 1 or 2 sessions per week. All sessions will be at the Benson Sports Training Facility located at 4020 Jackson Blvd in Rapid City. Memberships will be monthly. Space will be limited.

Coach Wayne Sullivan has over 32 years of coaching experience amassing a career record of 231-95. Positioning him in the Top 10 All Time winningest coaches in South Dakota history. Under his direction Sullivan had 174 All Black Hills Conference players, 91 South Dakota All State Players, 69 players that moved on to the NCAA & NAIA ranks, 10 Rapid City Athletes of the Year, 3 All Americans and 2 professional players.
